Check-In and Arrival

Guests are required to provide valid photo identification and a credit card. A rental agreement is sent after booking and must be accepted before arrival.

Check-Out

Check-out is required by 11:00 AM. Departure instructions may cover rubbish, dishes, laundry, hot-tub care, stove safety, windows, and door locks.

Additional time should not be assumed, since the cabin may need to be prepared for another reservation.

Minimum Age

The minimum age required for check-in is 25. The primary renter remains responsible for the reservation, the occupying party, and compliance with the property rules.

Children and Beds

Children of all ages are accepted. Children aged four and older are counted as adults for pricing and occupancy purposes.

Cribs and extra beds are not available. The confirmed number of guests must fit within the existing king bed and two twin beds.

Pet Policy

Pets are not permitted at Hillside Cripple Creek Cabin with Hot Tub, Mtn Views! Animals should not be brought to the property unless they qualify under applicable service-animal requirements.

Smoking Policy

Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the cabin. Guests must also follow any outdoor smoking limitations and local fire restrictions.

Parties and Quiet Hours

Parties, events, bachelor parties, and similar gatherings are not permitted. Quiet hours run from 10:00 PM until 9:00 AM.

The setting is residential and remote, so noise carries farther than expected across the hillside.

Parking and Vehicle Rules

Driveway parking is available for two vehicles. Trailer parking is not provided, and all-terrain vehicles are prohibited.

Four-wheel drive is recommended from mid-October through mid-May. Winter guests should monitor forecasts and road conditions before traveling.

Accessibility

Eight exterior steps are required to enter the cabin, and the home has two levels connected by a spiral staircase. The property is not presented as wheelchair accessible.

Guests who cannot safely manage stairs should not rely on the cabin’s compact layout or deck access.

Exterior Security Camera

An exterior security camera faces outward from the property. It is intended to monitor the exterior rather than private indoor areas.
